I’m definitely an Emotional Freedom Technique enthusiast and have been ever since I discovered this simple releasing technique back in 2007. I learned everything I could about Tapping and I immersed myself in it for well over a year. I’ve proved to myself that it works over and over again in any situation.
It was especially helpful when I was grieving the loss of my beloved English Pointer Seymour as I had to say goodbye to him in 2010.
It’s one of the easiest, most effective tools I’ve ever used to help clear out emotional blocks, relieve the pain of trauma, raise my energy, and even expand feelings of gratitude. Happily in recent years, news of this this self-healing technique has spread to the mainstream and more and more people and professionals are happily embracing EFT and getting the relief they have longed for.
In the early years I listened to hours and hours of radio programs & podcasts, tapped along with YouTube videos, worked with practitioners one on one, read articles and blogs, and bought countless products like books, DVDs and audio recordings and shared the information throughout my website. I did it because I loved connecting with the Tapping community and I definitely gained new benefits every single time I tapped.
In the years following, I was fortunate enough to have been welcomed into the EFT community – meeting and working side by side with many of the biggest names in the EFT world like Nick Ortner, Dawson Church, Carol Look, Margaret Lynch, Carol Tuttle and dozens more.
